Data, collection methods and purposes
When you access the website, the hosting and security infrastructure may process your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and error records to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose technical issues. Language and display preferences are read from your browser. The public pages do not use advertising or visitor analytics trackers.
If you contact us by email or phone, the name, contact details and request you provide are processed to answer your enquiry. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive personal data. Links to Alf Alliance and listing websites are subject to those providers’ own privacy terms.
Legal bases
Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), necessary security processing is assessed against legitimate interests without harming fundamental rights (Article 5/2-f); contractual enquiries against necessity for entering into or performing a contract (5/2-c); and legal obligations or protection of rights against Articles 5/2-ç and 5/2-e where applicable. Optional external content loads only by your choice. Visiting the site does not constitute blanket consent.

Your rights and requests
Article 11 of the KVKK provides rights to learn whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose and whether use is consistent with it; know domestic and overseas recipients; request correction and, when legal conditions apply, erasure or destruction and notification of recipients; object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Requests may be submitted to the controller in writing or through other legally prescribed methods. Provide enough information to identify you and your request. Under Article 13 and the applicable Communiqué, requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. Any applicable charge follows the Board’s tariff.
